Disclaimers.

I might be crazy. But probably I am not.

The US capital is beautiful. I’m over whelmed by the green space and the curvaceous roads.

I was wearing high heels. I think this speaks for itself.

As you read this post, be kind.

I have a photo of the beginning of day one. Some of you know I promised to blog from the RWA conference. So here I am.

The Toronto airport.

I had smooth flight and even got service in French. Bonus. When I arrived at the airport my luggage came, which made me happy. I went to my none conference hotel. Shhh! Left my hotel and went to the Marriot to register.

Let me back up. The lady at the front desk, of my hotel, told me ‘it’s a block to the Marriot.’ I walked and walked then some more. I stopped three other people and asked where the hotel was. They told me ‘a block’ too. The distance was over ten blocks, I think. Maybe more. My question is, what is a block in D.C.? Please share with me, I’m confused.

Success. I watched people. I sure they were like who’s the creepy Canadian? That’s was me!

I met an RWA member for Chicago, Jenny, a very nice woman. We had lunch. Talked, Talked and some more. Then we parted ways. I went back to my secret location. Met up with Dawn from the online writers group. At this point, I ate dessert. Italian. Yum.

We went to the newbie session. Then I showed up at the online RWA party. After going to the place listed in the agenda but it was where the RWA online e-invite had listed. Good thing I ran into Jessica who brought the a copy.  We had a blast. I meet cool RWA members from the online chapter.

Came back and wrote this so if it’s mess I’m sorry. I’m really tired.

 I don’t have a voice right now.

I need sleep.
