I’m a writer’s who loves research. It might relate a time in my life when I was a historical interpreter and newsletter editor for a historic site. It definitely has helped me to know what kind of information I’m looking for.

Pet peeve: If you write a historical, get you facts straight. Nothing drives me crazier than bad history, meaning incorrect facts. 

Often when I’m doing research, I fall in love with something new.

Don’t over run your book with facts but make it clear to the reader what the differences are.
